To Scientists, Inventors and Technology Holders:
The Orion Project requires the following if you wish us to evaluate, TEST, and provide strategic protection for you to bring your new technology OUT to the world.
That your device is fully operational and can be tested running a load of at least several hundred watts.
That, after mutual Non-Disclosure agreements are signed, you allow us to completely and transparently test the device as is required to prove over-unity claims and ALSO reproduce THE TECHNOLOGY independently to confirm that the technology is FULLY UNDERSTOOD.
We cannot operate on a secrecy basis.
We are not funding basic research or experiments at this time AND CANNOT EVALUATE TECHNOLOGY CONCEPTS, IDEAS OR THEORIES. WE REQUIRE A BUILT, FULLY OPERATIONAL WORKING DEVICE.
If you have a working prototype and agree with the above, we invite you to fill out the Technology Evaluation Form. It will be forwarded to our Engineering staff for evaluation.
