The Orion Project

About Us

Steven M. Greer, M.D.
Founder and Executive Director

Dr. Steven Greer, an emergency physician, is the Founder and Director of AERO (Advanced Energy Research Organization) and The Orion Project.

He has worked for 17 years to bring together the scientists, inventors and leaders in society to advance new clean technology energy systems. He is considered one of the world's foremost authorities on the strategic process of transforming our carbon-based civilization to a long-term sustainable civilization using innovative sciences and technology.

He has written several books. The most recent "Hidden Truth - Forbidden Knowledge" is his personal memoir which describes his journey in bringing out this information.

Over the years he has briefed top level CIA, Pentagon, government and corporate leaders in the US and around the world and has built mainstream support for alternative energy systems, some of which have existed since the early 1900s. He has been heard in interviews worldwide with his message of hope that these energy systems can soon be available worldwide. His goal is to assist in the creation of a sustainable, peaceful civilization on Earth that is both high tech and in harmony with the environment.

Theodore C. Loder III, Ph.D
Chief Technical Officer,
Member, Board of Directors

Dr. Loder retired in May 2005 as a Professor Emeritus from the University of New Hampshire, Dept. of Earth Sciences and the Institute for the Study of Earth, Oceans, and Space.

In April 1997, Dr. Loder attended a 3-hour closed congressional briefing on advanced energy and propulsion systems in Washington DC, as representative of the Governor of New Hampshire. There he learned about various alternative energy systems and met a number of top-secret military witnesses who described events they observed first hand to members of Congress and the Senate.

In October, 2000, at the request of Senator Bob Smith (R-NH), Dr. Loder organized and coordinated a briefing for the U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Comm. on the subject of "Outside-the-Box" technologies, their critical role concerning environmental trends, and the unnecessary energy crisis. He also presented an invited paper at AIAA assessing the development of electrogravitic research over the past 50 years and implications of this technology. (Papers available in our Research section.)

Since then, Dr. Loder has worked hard with many inventors to help bring out technologies that will change energy production with more sustainable methods using potentially break-through technologies he has learned about.

Jan Bravo, M.D.
Member, Board of Directors

Dr. Jan Bravo is a physician with specialty training and Board Certification in Emergency Medicine. She has been a practicing physician for twenty years.

She has a special interest in developing new energy technologies as they can be adapted to the delivery of health care.

Bill Costantino

Bill Costantino is an independent entrepreneur and founder of the W3 Group, a network of expert lean manufacturing consultants. He has had a life-long passion for non-polluting, sustainable, breakthrough energy technologies.

His education in Chemical Engineering has been followed by 30 years of work in industry where he has studied first-hand the extent and impact of industrial energy use both in the U.S. and overseas.
